Andechs hospitality has many faces and a long history. Andechs hospitality can look back on a very long tradition – since it became a place of pilgrimage at the Holy Mountain, the oldest in Bavaria. Benedictines have been managing the upkeep of this place of pilgrimage since 1455.

The Bräustüberl – A delight for body & soul

The Andechser Bräustüberl continues the tradition of the pilgrim’s tavern. Here, visitors can bring their own food and enjoy their meal with a palatable Andechs monastery beer. And if visitors don’t have their own food, they can choose from a wide range of hot and cold delicacies. As if this wasn’t enough, the Bräustüberl terraces also offer you in good weather a magnificent view of the Bavarian Alps and the breathtaking landscape.

What the Bräustüberl offers

Seasonal, value for money offers of the week go light on the purse, especially for families. Of course, our list of beverages also has soft drinks in addition to Andechs monastery beers. A particular speciality is our Andechser Winterbier. Regulars include brass bands from near and far that perform in the Bräustüberl.
